From study to Management
In 2010, the company took over Linda Saenger the business. She had previously studied business administration and marketing in Switzerland, where she also worked in the real estate industry. She later studied in Berlin Master of Science (Real Estate Management) at the TU Berlin.
She dealt with the topic: „Is climate neutrality possible in existing buildings? What are the effects and possibilities for transferability to comparable properties, as well as their profitability?“
In this context, we have further developed our expertise and adapted to the needs of today's world. We also focused on developing our own projects and tasks for our customers.
